Q: What happens after I send in my request form?
A: We will assess the information supplied, and email you with a quotation.
Q: If I am happy with the quotation, what next?
A: You will need to box up all the listed items, ( please be sure to use adequate packaging to ensure a safe carriage ) and we will arrange a courier to collect from your door.
Q: When do I get paid?
A: We will examine the items and email you to confirm acceptance or any amendments if required to the initial quote. On acceptance of the final quotation we will dispatch a cheque to you within seven days.
Q: Can my information be accessed from my hard drive?
A: We guarantee to wipe all data from your hard drive to government standards.
Q: If I do not wish to accept the final quotation?
A: The cost of returning the items will need to be covered BY YOU. As we will only amend the initial quotation if the items sent through differ from the information given by you. Please be as honest as possible so as to get an accurate quotation ).
Q: I have more than one laptop to sell?
A: Please fill in an individual quotation form for each laptop.
Q: Can I contact you via telephone or a shop visit?
A: No quotation will be made or commented on via either of the above methods, It will only be strictly Email.

Terms and Conditions
1. Initial
1.1. Firstly please read all the following Terms & Conditions thoroughly as by
Agreeing to them you will be legally bound by them.
1.2. The initial quote given, based on the information supplied, is not a guaranteed or legally binding quotation/payment. It is merely an offer on the condition the item/items are accurately described, and
arrive accordingly.
1.3. We have the right to refuse to purchase all/any of the supplied item/items and will inform you of our decision
via email. We will only do this if any item/items are incorrectly described and/or we cannot agree a revised
purchase price with you.
1.4. In the event that we decide not purchase the item/items supplied by you, it will then become your responsibility to arrange collection and cover all costs involved with the return process of the item/items to yourself.
1.5. In the event that you are required to arrange the return of your item/items to yourself, you will need to complete the process within seven days of the email stating that the return will be required. If for any
reason that it is not completed within the allocated time all items will be disposed of however we

1.6. If A B Computers agree to purchase your item/items from you, and you agree to the final purchase offer made by A B Computers for your item/items. We will send a cheque to the address provided
on the quotation form for the mutually agreed amount, (in GBP sterling ) within a maximum of
seven days on receipt of your confirmation of acceptance of the final offer email.
1.7. On your agreement of the final offer via your confirmation email the decision will be treated as final, and total ownership of all item/items supplied will be transferred soley to A B Computers to dispose of
as they see fit.
1.8. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are confirming that you are the legal owner of the item/items Described in the initial quotation form and as such have the sole ability and legal right to decide to sell/transfer
there legal ownership to A B Computers.
2. Offer To Purchase
2.1. When assessing the amount offered for you item/items there are many things to be considered,Condition/age/make/accessories/weather repairs are required.
2.2 It is your responsabillity for the complete packaging of your item/items , we will accept no responsibility for damage during transit, on delivery, on evaluation of or on return of your item/items.
( If required we will return your item/items using the packaging supplied by you )
2.3. We recommend that you remove all sensitive data prior to the supply of your item/items to us. Where we will format any hard drive to a government required standard which should secure the non retrieval of anything, we accept no responsibility for the security of any such item.
2.4. Should we offer you the initial quotation as a final quotation without any revision, you will be
Contractually bound to accept the offer as final. As such we will send you the cheque within the
Allotted time as stated in paragraph 1., 1.6 and the legal ownership of the stated item/items
Will be automaticly transferred to A B Computers.
2.5. You must own the right, title and all legal interest in the laptop or other items you send us. Your sale and or shipment of any such item must not violate any law or regulation. You may not unlawfully infringe any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, licence or other legal right or restriction via your shipping or selling of the shipped item. The item you ship must be free of all legal restrictions that would affect the value of the item, restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of the item (including the item itself, software present on the item, or hardware on or inside the item). The item you send (including all related materials, software and add on hardware) may not be counterfeited, stolen or contain harmful or offensive content of any nature. You agree to hold us harmless and indemnify us from any and all loss of any nature, including fees, costs, judgments, liens and reasonable fees arising from any threatened or actual legal action should you violate this term and condition of this Agreement.
3. Passing Of Title
3.1. Legal title of your device passes to us when we agree to pay you the originally quoted amount or you
agree to accept a lower offer that we make to you. Title for all devices accepted for recycling passes
to us when you agree to allow the device to be recycled. All decisions about whether or not we
purchase your device and for what amount are final. Any offer to purchase your laptop that we make is
a non-transferable offer and also expires if not accepted by you in a timely manner. At any time we
may decide, without prior notice, to discontinue purchasing any particular or all items.
3.2. Errors – should we make a material error in any representation of facts, information or offers to you, your sole recourse is to request the return of the item that you have sent to us. Your ability to request the return of the item elapses upon your receipt of the payment we issue for your item. In the event that you elect to cancel the transaction prior to receiving our payment we will return the item to you upon your request at your cost.
