Retail.
We offer a wide range of products in store for your convenience.
With free friendly unbiased advice. Helping you make the right
choice for your requirements.
We offer complete systems, laptops & components new and refurbished
with full warranty. Also part only systems or build to your
specification starting from the most basic to the most extreme
machines. (Your imagination is our limit)
We can also arrange for the majority of items to be shipped anywhere
in the UK for a small postal fee.
Diagnostics.
We offer a full diagnostic service for PC's FREE of charge. Just bring it in and let us find the fault and quote you for the work and parts, giving you the chance to decide whether it is viable to repair without any cost at all!
We also offer a diagnostic service for notebooks unfortunately due
to there complexity a small fee is chargeable for this service, but
is fully refunded against any repairs undertaken.
* Please note that we do not charge an hourly rate for
any in shop repair job, it is priced as a complete job so as not to
add any unexpected costs. *
Repairs and Upgrades.
We have nominal charges for singular component upgrades to complete
system build charges, including memory, hard drive, re-casing and
operating system reinstalls including Linux. Each job is
competitively priced individually.
We also offer replacement of batteries, keyboards, optical drives,
power supplies and memory to name but a few for laptops.
* Please note it is the responsibility in all cases for
the consumer to ensure that all documents and important programs or
information is backed up prior to bringing in to the shop for any
work to be carried out. As we cannot accept any responsibility for
loss of data. *
Business.
We offer supply, installation and setup of hardware ranging from a
basic system to complete network setups including external
peripherals. A full backup and support package can be arranged,
tailor made to suit your needs.
At present we support various business's including accountants,
numerous retail outlets, hotels and factory's to name but a few.
Digital CCTV. - Follow for more information.
We can supply a full digital CCTV system integrated in a pc with up to 16 cameras per unit. With low light or pan and tilt cameras and remote access via any Internet. Connection any where in the world.
Data Recovery.
We offer an in-shop service for advanced data recovery from hard drives, Flash drives, Flash Memory cards and MP3 Players.
We will quote before proceeding with any data recovery, in some
cases a small charge may be applicable to see if any data can be
retrieved.

Recycling.
If you find you have any unwanted computer products sitting around
taking up valuable needed space we will take in and also where
possible recycle most items. We can also arrange for the collection
of certain computer products for a small fee usually per unit .

All hard drives will be cleared of all sensitive information or on
instruction physically dismantled to insure no retrieval is
possible.

Call Out Options.
We can arrange home visits for a set fee for Internet or network setups. Trouble shooting PC problems can also be done although we always recommend bringing it to the shop to take advantage of the low cost, diagnostic service.
Collection & Delivery.
We can arrange collection and delivery locally for a small fee or nationally via our delivery agents. (Call for free quotation)
Warranty Information.
All new computers are sold with a 3 year warranty. Unless stated
otherwise on your receipt. (First year is parts and labour second
and third year are labour only)
Refurbished computers and notebooks will have warranty information
given on the receipt which must be retained for all warranty claims.
(An average refurbished warranty is 3 months)
* Please note that software is not covered under any
warranty as it is the user’s responsibility. This includes operating
systems, programs, files, ETC... *
Insurance Quotations.
We offer a full diagnostic and pricing quotation service to forward to your insurance company, in the unfortunate event of accidental damage. There is a nominal fee charged for this service which is fully redeemable against the quotation being accepted and instructed to be carried out.
